• System secure administration and configuration.
• SAP environment landscape management and network administration.
• Engineer and run SAP infrastructure to meet performance, security, high availability, scalability and other requirements.
• Interact with business analysts and developers to ensure the overall infrastructure design of business applications meets requirements of performance, security and high availability (including backup and recovery) and scalability.
• Perform operational DBA duties in a large-scale, complex environment will include the following: patching, environments cloning, database and application upgrades, implementing backup and monitoring procedures.
• Analyze performance issues in the application and database tiers of SAP installations. Assist developers with performance tuning.
• Work with third-party vendor products teams (SAP and partners) to resolve any issues.
• Quickly respond to critical system issues, defects, outages to ensure minimal impact to the SAP users.
• Adapt to the changes quickly and able to work in the fast-paced environment. ●Work flexible hours and support night or weekend work if needed.

• BS degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering, Information Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent practical experience.
• 0~5 years of experience designing, installation and managing SAP Netweaver, ERP, S/4HANA, BW, BW4/HANA, Solution Manager.
• Experience with Linux/WIN, MS/SQL and SAP HANA.
• Experience administering SAP Business Suite in HA and DR environments, Microsoft Terminal/RDS/DFS Services, Hyper-V and automation for SUSE/SAP/MS patching.
• Coding experience in SAP ABAP and one of Shell/Bash scripting, Python or Windows PowerShell.
• Proven mastery of troubleshooting techniques and ability to analyze and resolve difficult technical issues quickly in a high-pressure environment.
• SAP certifications a plus.
